Most listings are reviewed within 1-2 working days. If your membership includes evidence review, we’ll carefully assess your submitted information before publishing any evidence-supported recognition.

Yes. You can cancel your membership renewal at any time through your account. Your membership and all associated benefits will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.

All members complete our accessibility self-assessment to share clear information about their venue. Evidence-Supported Members can also upload documents, photos, or policies that support the information provided.

No. Accessibility is a journey, not a destination. We welcome organisations at every stage and encourage honest, transparent accessibility information that helps visitors make informed decisions.

Accessible Futures is the UK’s first community-driven platform dedicated to detailed accessibility information. We work alongside disabled people, carers, businesses, and communities to make accessibility easier to discover, understand, and trust.

The Founding Member Programme is limited to the first 150 organisations that join Accessible Futures. Founding Members receive exclusive recognition, early access to selected features, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the platform.

Founding Members retain the annual price of the membership tier they originally selected for as long as their membership remains continuously active.
If a Founding Member upgrades to a higher membership tier, the standard price for that new tier will apply. They will continue to retain their Founding Member recognition.
